Mechanism of Appeal agains Exam Results

    1. The student, wishing to appeal against his grade in any exam, must fill an application form directed to the Faculty Dean to request the reviewing of his/her marks in the specified written exam. The forms are then transmitted to the Vice Dean for Educational and Student Affairs, and from there to the head of the relevant Exam Committee.

    2. The head of the exam committee will look into the appeal and review the mark and grade of the student.

    3. In case of finding a mistake in the student’s mark or grade, the head of the exam committee will bring the matter to the Vice Dean for Educational and Student Affairs, who, in turn, reports it to the Faculty Dean and notifies the student of the outcome of his/her appeal and the correct mark and grade.

    4. It must be pointed out that, in all cases, there will be no re-marking of the student’s exam paper, but only a revision of the individual and cumulative mark and grade of the exam questions.
